My name is David Mitzenmacher, but you can call me Mitz if you’d like. I am passionate about the art and science of Customer Experience. I intend to use this blog to share thoughts, best practices, and perspectives on CX.
I am currently Vice President of Client Experience and Transformation at ADP. In this role, I have the privilege of leading a team tasked with listening, understanding, and innovating to deliver a truly effortless experience to our clients. I lead the following functions at a division level:
- Client Listening Posts (including Net Promoter, Customer Effort Score, Customer Advisory Boards, and “Follow Me Home” Programs)
- Client Journey Mapping and Experience Design
- Business Transformation, including Lean Six Sigma
- Service Strategy
- Service Technology
- Knowledge Management
- Data and Analytics
Earlier in my career, I held Chief Customer Officer, Vice President of Customer Success, and other CX leadership positions at companies like Rackspace and Kareo.
